SHAHEEN MAREDIA ARCHITECTS

SMA, established in 2022 by Principal Architect and Founder Shaheen Maredia, RA, NCARB, brings extensive expertise from the architecture and construction industry since 2012. Shaheen is a Texas A&M University alum, with a Master's in Construction Management from New York University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston. Beyond formal education, Shaheen has overseen the construction of multiple commercial developments, built over 60 houses, and contributed designs to renowned architecture firms. His diverse project portfolio includes airports, community centers, training facilities, commercial retail, high-end parking garages, religious buildings, interior renovations, offices, upscale residential spaces, and sustainable design facilities. Additionally, Shaheen’s global travels have allowed him to volunteer, teaching efficient design and construction methods while gaining international insights. His work extends across Texas and beyond.
